做法
1. | 依照 "處理大腸" 做法將大腸煮到你喜歡的軟度後切成1.5cm小段。 |
2. | 準備好香醋醬汁B部份。 |
3. | 炒鍋燒熱後,加入一大匙油,蒜片,薑絲和辣椒絲爆香。再放進大腸和香醋醬汁翻炒到醬汁變稠即可。裝盤後撒上蔥絲。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Follow the instruction of "Handling Large Intestines" to cook the large intestines until they reach desired tenderness. Cut them into 0.5" segments. |
2. | Prepare the Dark Vinegar Sauce Part B. |
3. | Add the garlic, ginger and chili pepper in a heated wok then sauté until aromatic. Add the Dark Vinegar Sauce Part B and cook until the sauce is thick, stir consistently. Top the dish with shredded scallion. |
